Terms of Service for LottoLogic

1. Acceptance of Terms By downloading, accessing, or using the LottoLogic mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the App. This App is operated by The Buddy Company, LLC ("we," "us," or "our").

2. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years of age to use this App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and meet all of the foregoing eligibility requirements.

3. "As-Is" Service and Independent Verification All content provided within the LottoLogic application, including but not limited to generated numbers, statistical analytics, jackpot amounts, and historical draw data, is for informational and entertainment purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, The Buddy Company, LLC makes no representations, warranties, or guarantees regarding the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of any information provided. Users must independently verify all lottery information, including prize and jackpot data, with the official state or national lottery organization before making purchasing decisions or claiming prizes. The application is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind.

4. No Guarantee of Winning The LottoLogic application provides statistical analysis and number generation utilities. Use of these tools, algorithms, or any generated content does NOT increase your mathematical odds of winning any lottery draw. The Buddy Company, LLC explicitly disclaims any liability for financial losses incurred by users who purchase lottery tickets based on the information or analytics provided by this application.

5. Non-Affiliation The Buddy Company, LLC and the LottoLogic application are independent, privately-owned entities. We are NOT licensed lottery retailers, nor are we affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any state lottery commission, the Multi-State Lottery Association (MUSL), Powerball, Mega Millions, or any official government agency.

6. Subscriptions, In-App Purchases & Refund Policy

LottoLogic offers optional auto-renewing subscriptions (including Monthly Membership and Annual Pass tiers) and digital features through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

• Payment & Renewal: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renewal is turned off or canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the then-current subscription rate.

• Management & Cancellation: You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time via your device account settings (Google Play Store-Profile-Payments & Subscriptions, or iOS Settings-Apple ID-Subscriptions). If you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current paid billing cycle, at which point your account will revert to the Free Tier without further renewal charges. Use of the iOS application is also subject to Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).

• Refund Policy & Final Sales:

  • Purchases made within 48 hours of initial transaction are subject to standard Google Play / Apple Store automated refund evaluation guidelines. 

  • Due to the real-time, consumable nature of proprietary lottery analytics, state scratcher edge scoring, and AI strategist computations, all subscription and in-app purchases are strictly non-refundable after the initial 48-hour store window. For purchases made through Apple In-App Purchase, all refunds are subject to Apple’s sole discretion and refund terms via Apple Media Services.

  • The Buddy Company, LLC does not provide prorated refunds, cash returns, or credits for partial billing periods, unviewed data, or unused features.

  • Except where required by applicable mandatory consumer protection laws, all sales are final upon the expiration of the store's initial evaluation window.

• Free Trials & Promotions (If Applicable): Any unused portion of a free trial period or promotional access, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription, where applicable.

7. Data Collection and Privacy By using the LottoLogic application, you acknowledge and agree that we may collect, use, and share certain personal and device information as detailed in our Privacy Policy. This includes the collection of precise location data (if granted) and the use of third-party analytics and advertising services, which may collect your Advertising ID and usage data. Your continued use of the application constitutes your consent to these data practices. We will handle all information submitted by you or collected by us in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. User Conduct You agree not to use the App in any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation. You also agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any parts of the App or the servers on which it is hosted.

• Use the App in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the site or interfere with any other party's use of the App.

9. Limitation of Liability In no event will The Buddy Company, LLC, its affiliates, or their licensors, service providers, employees, agents, officers, or directors be liable for damages of any kind, under any legal theory, arising out of or in connection with your use, or inability to use, the App, including any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, personal injury, pain and suffering, emotional distress, loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of business or anticipated savings, loss of use, loss of goodwill, loss of data, and whether caused by tort (including negligence), breach of contract, or otherwise, even if foreseeable.

10. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule.

11. Changes to Terms We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
