This policy describes the types of information we may collect from you or that you may provide when you use the LottoLogic mobile application (the "App") and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information.

2. Information We Collect We collect several types of information from and about users of our App, including:

Device Information: We may collect information about your mobile device and internet connection, including the device's unique device identifier, IP address, operating system, browser type, and mobile network information.
Usage Details: When you access and use the App, we may automatically collect certain details of your access to and use of the App, including traffic data, location data, logs, and other communication data and the resources that you access and use on or through the App.
Information from Third-Party Services: We use third-party services like Google Analytics for Firebase and Google AdMob. These services may collect information about your use of the App, such as your Advertising ID, to provide analytics and targeted advertising. If you authenticate using Sign in with Apple, we collect your Apple-provided user identifier, name, and email address (or relay email) as authorized by your Apple ID settings
In-App Purchases: We use RevenueCat to manage subscriptions. While we do not process payments directly, RevenueCat may collect purchase history data to manage your subscription status.
Location Data: If you grant permission, we collect approximate and/or precise location data from your device to enable core application features, such as the interactive map functionalities.
Biometric Data (Local Authentication): The App may offer the ability to authenticate your identity using biometric sensors on your device (such as fingerprint or facial recognition). We do not collect, transmit, or store your biometric data on our servers. All biometric verification is handled strictly locally by your device’s secure operating system.

3. How We Use Your Information We use information that we collect about you or that you provide to us, including any personal information:

To provide you with the App and its contents, and any other information, products, or services that you request from us.
To fulfill any other purpose for which you provide it.
To carry out our obligations and enforce our rights arising from any contracts entered into between you and us, including for billing and collection.
To notify you when App updates are available, and of changes to any products or services we offer or provide though it.
For analytics and to improve the App.

4. Disclosure of Your Information We do not sell your personal data. We may disclose aggregated information about our users, and information that does not identify any individual, without restriction. We may disclose personal information that we collect or you provide:

To contractors, service providers, and other third parties we use to support our business (e.g., Google AdMob, Google Analytics for Firebase, RevenueCat). On iOS devices, tracking and ad personalization identifiers (IDFA) are requested strictly in accordance with Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework and require your explicit consent.
To fulfill the purpose for which you provide it. For any other purpose disclosed by us when you provide the information with your consent. To comply with any court order, law, or legal process, including to respond to any government or regulatory request.
Location Sharing for Advertising: If you opt-in to personalized advertising, your precise location data may be shared with our third-party advertising partners (such as Google AdMob) for the purposes of delivering personalized advertisements, analytics, and attribution. You can manage or revoke these permissions at any time through your device settings.

5. Data Security We have implemented measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure.

6. Data Retention and Deletion We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. If you wish to delete your account or request that we no longer use your information, please contact us at the email address provided below. Upon request, we will delete your account and associated data in accordance with our data retention policy and applicable laws.

7. Changes to Our Privacy Policy We may update our privacy policy from time to time. If we make material changes to how we treat our users' personal information, we will post the new privacy policy on this page with a notice that the privacy policy has been updated.
