LottoLogic Account Deletion

At LottoLogic, you have full control over your personal information and app data. If you wish to delete your account and remove your information from our systems, you can do so at any time using either our in-app automated tool or by submitting an email request.

Data We Collect

When you use LottoLogic, the following data is associated with your account:

• Personal Information: First name, last name, email address, and date of birth (if manually provided during email registration).

• Device Permissions: Location access and camera permission history.

• App Data: Stored lottery tickets that you have uploaded to the app.

How to Request Account Deletion

You can permanently delete your LottoLogic account and all associated data using one of the two methods below.

Method 1: In-App Deletion (Automated) If you still have the LottoLogic app installed on your device, you can delete your account instantly:

1. Open the LottoLogic app and ensure you are logged in.

2. Navigate to the My Profile section.

3. Scroll to the very bottom of the page.

4. Select the Delete LottoLogic account button.

5. Confirm your choice. Your account and data will be erased immediately.

Method 2: Email Deletion Request (Manual) If you have already uninstalled the app or prefer that our team handles the deletion, you can submit an email request:

1. Send an email to theprosperateam@gmail.com.

2. Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request.

3. Please send the request from the email address associated with your LottoLogic account so we can verify your identity.

4. Our team will process your request and manually purge your data from our servers.

What Happens When Your Account is Deleted

Once an account deletion request is initiated, the following actions are taken:

• Your LottoLogic profile is permanently deactivated.

• All personal information (Name, DOB, Email) is permanently erased from our active database.

• All stored tickets and associated device data (location and camera access) tied to your profile are permanently deleted.

• This action is completely irreversible. If you choose to use LottoLogic again in the future, you will need to create a new account from scratch.

• Deleting your LottoLogic account does not cancel active auto-renewable subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Subscriptions must be canceled directly in your device account settings
